Community
What do I get as a member? How is the community structured?
The heart of ECF is our vibrant, online discussion form where vetted store owners post questions, share knowledge and help each other. This is the biggest value-add for most members. You’ll also receive access to our searchable review directory (25K SaaS and agency reviews), invites to local and national events, access to our member directory and more.
How much does it cost?
Membership is $199 per month for owners of 7-figure businesses and $299 a month for owners of 8-figure businesses. Billing occurs quarterly after your initial 30-day trial period.
Am I a good fit? Who is the community for?
ECF membership is for owners of 7- and 8-figure digital businesses. Most owners run eCommerce (physical product businesses) but we have members in other verticals. You must own at least 25% of a qualifying 7- or 8-figure revenue business to qualify for membership. If you run an Amazon-only business, you must be doing at least $2.5M in annual revenue to join.
We don’t accept applications from vendors or service providers.
How private is my personal and business information?
We require members to use their real name, a current photo, and share at least 1 qualifying business they own inside eComFuel. This builds trust, transparency and makes it clear who you’re talking to and/or getting advice from.
We’ll use the information in your initial application to make sure you’re a good fit for the community, as well as build out your community profile. If there’s anything you’d prefer not to be added to your community profile, just let us know.
We never sell, share or otherwise use your personal or business details for anything but vetting and building out your member profile in the forums.
Are there in-person events?
Yes! We host in-person events throughout the year, ranging from community-wide gatherings to local, more intimate events in a city near you.

General Questions
Can I try it out first?
Absolutely! Your first 30 days are just $1 so that you can make sure the Community is a good fit for you.
Can I share my account with my team?
We don’t allow account sharing in the Community, as we want our members to know exactly who they are talking to in each discussion.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your membership at any time and your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Note that if you do cancel you won’t be able to re-apply for 18 months.
I sent an email but didn’t get a response
Due to the high-volume of emails we receive, we can’t guarantee that we will respond to every one. The best way to get in touch with Andrew is to join our Community, as he regularly interacts with members there on a daily basis.
Can I guest post on your blog?
We don’t offer guest posting opportunities for the blog, sorry!
